Heena Seth is an actor whose journey into performance began with a childhood phone commercial and has evolved into a lifelong passion for storytelling. She recently completed screen acting training at LAMDA and has performed regularly in both musical and regular improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade, where she also studied sketch writing. Heena’s path is uniquely her own: after attending medical school, she now works in a hospital by day while continuing to pursue her creative passions. Her background in dance—including tango, bachata, and salsa—and modeling brings a natural rhythm and presence to her work on stage and screen. With a deep appreciation for spontaneity, connection, and craft, Heena approaches every role with curiosity, warmth, and a genuine love for the art of performance.
