Abigail Stewart
Abigail found her love for acting in her hometown community theatre program in Southern Oklahoma. Here found a real passion to learn and grow in performing arts. She took off to Hollywood in 2017 to attend The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and graduated as an alumni of the Academy in 2019. She then joined the Academy Company Program and performed in the 2020 Company Series.
Her favorite roles that’s she’s had the opportunity to play include: Libby Tucker from Neil Simon’s I Ought to be in Pictures, Judy Garland in The Property Known as Garland, Little Edie from Grey Gardens: the Musical, and Sooze from Suburbia to name a few.
She’s most recently been a part of two productions at Theatre 40 – Playing the roles of Henrietta Leavitt in Silent Sky and Joey Drayton in Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner. She’s thankful for the many wise directors and coaches that she’s had the honor to work with. She wouldn’t be here without them!
Abigail was most recently seen on the GRT stage as Alice White in The Orphan’s Revenge.
Outside of theater, Abigail enjoys dabbling into commercial work and TV and film too. She won best actress for a short film called “Ground Sero” in 2022 from 4th Dimension Independent Film Festival. You can see her in the lifetime film “How I Met your Murderer”(2021) as Lily.
