Sheri Effres is a passionate actress based in Los Angeles. With a rich background as a former elementary and art teacher, she has always embraced creativity and expression.

Her journey in the world of performance began with musical theatre during her children’s early years, igniting a passion that has only grown since. Since 2016, Sheri has been actively pursuing a career in film and television, earning roles as a costar in popular series such as “Manifest“, “Welcome to Chippendales”, and “Dr. Odyssey“. She has also written and produced three short films which won several awards in the Film Festival Circuit.

In addition to her on-screen work, Sheri delights in comedy and the spontaneity of improvisation. She has honed her skills through classes at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB and has studied with top acting coaches in Los Angeles. Recently, she has made her return to her theatrical roots and is thrilled to be a member of the Group Repertory Theatre, where she can explore the depths of character and story once again.

When she’s not acting, Sheri enjoys weight training, watercolor painting, and traveling.
